Tumbling and marination trial acceptance

Distinguish catalogue versions, series functions, options and actual trial results.

Define the material and measured outcome

  • Name the ingredient, cut, dimensions, recipe and lot; separate chilled, frozen and thawed input.
  • Record actual load mass, incoming liquid, added marinade and discharge losses with units.
  • Agree incoming, outgoing and process temperature measurements, probe positions and a time record.
  • Agree sample locations, test method and acceptance limits for marinade distribution.
  • Measure tears, broken pieces, purge, texture and appearance against agreed limits.
  • Define accepted batch output and elapsed time, including loading, processing, unloading and cleaning; separate rejected output.

Leave acceptance limits blank until the project team agrees them. These questions are not validated operating instructions.

Test the offered configuration

Identify the version and all options in the trial record. Record vacuum readings with their reference basis, instrument and units rather than adopting an unspecified catalogue setting. Identify the temperature system actually present. Keep product safety validation with qualified specialists.

Report distribution and physical damage

Use an agreed sampling plan across the batch. State the analyte or measurement method, variation, broken pieces, purge and sensory or texture measures. A supplier description of consistency is not a measured acceptance result.

Calculate useful output from trial records

State accepted product mass, rejected or reworked product, added liquid and measured elapsed times. Separate process-only rate from the rate including loading, unloading, cleaning and changeover. Drum volume cannot be converted into a universal kg/h figure.

Open evidence items

A named ScanMidi 2,5 food trial and a separate standard delivery list have not been verified. Define the offered configuration and accepted output with the supplier. No batch mass, kg/h, recipe or food-safety outcome is guaranteed.

Food-contact materials, cleaning and allergen changeover evidence, supplying legal entity, regional service and actual option compatibility still require confirmation. No China factory address or named procurement contact is inferred.
