Process directory

Follow the processing operation.

Understand the operation first, then find the equipment family. Routes depend on the food, recipe and required finished condition.

Process navigation by duty

Functional navigation groups existing records below. An equipment category is not a supplier model, and a directory relationship is not a guarantee of application suitability.

Receiving, sorting & preparation — 5 records
Mixing, forming & product-specific processing — 16 records
Thermal, separation & preservation duties — 7 records
Dosing, packaging, inspection & dispatch — 12 records
Transfer, hygiene & line integration — 3 records

China supplier routes: weighing and ingredient dosing

Match fine-granule combination weighing, screw-controlled feeding and linear ingredient dosing to the actual food. Feeding, weighing, blending, filling and sealed-pack checking remain distinct duties.

China supplier routes: freezing and natural cooling

Select the actual temperature-change duty before comparing supplier configurations. Single-spiral freezing, fluidized freezing and bakery natural cooling have different product and acceptance boundaries.

China supplier routes: vacuum packaging and bag sealing

Compare the specified pack and sealing task. Chamber vacuum packaging, ordinary continuous bag sealing and tray packaging require different materials and handling. Confirm the offered model with representative food and pack trials.

China supplier routes: thermoforming vacuum and MAP

Compare rollstock forming and the offered vacuum or MAP/gas-flushing configuration with the actual food, film and tooling. Catalogue cycle rates are not accepted pack output. Bag and preformed-tray packaging remain separate routes.

China supplier routes: preformed tray MAP and skin

Match the preformed tray, closing film and actual offered MAP or skin configuration. Keep related model specifications and packaging-mode options distinct; catalogue claims do not establish accepted output or shelf life.

China supplier routes: weighing and foreign-body inspection

Compare weight checking, metal detection and X-ray as separate duties. Match the real food and packaging to the supplied configuration, then agree representative trials, reject handling and records. Catalogue sensitivity and accuracy are conditional, not production guarantees.

Food pack identification: labels, codes and batch records

Choose label printing, application and packaging coding separately. Connect approved batch data to readable pack information, readback checks, changeovers and retained records.

Automatic label application, code reading and visual checks

Compare top-label application, barcode decoding and label presence or position checks. Select exact hardware variants and agree the physical reject path, line interfaces and retained batch records.

Food transport cases: closing and palletizing

Connect filled-case closure to the agreed pallet pattern, load securing and dispatch records. Specify the sealer, robot, gripper and complete cell separately, with representative package trials.

Pallet load securing, transfer and dispatch

Connect food-case palletizing to film wrapping or PP strapping, the separately specified loaded-pallet transfer and dispatch records. Two named Youngsun equipment records are linked below; dedicated pallet-conveyor model selection remains subject to a configuration-specific offer.

Bagged ingredient receiving, unloading and feed

Connect incoming sacks or FIBCs to the offered unloading station, material transfer and recipe weighing. Confirm the actual food-contact and cleaning configuration; manual bag opening, bulk-bag discharge and dosing are separately specified duties.

Pre-feed powder screening

Connect received ingredients to screening, retained-material handling, conveying and recipe dosing. This planning route is not a validated food-safety recipe.

Decide between lump breaking and granule sizing

Separate screening, agglomerate breaking and controlled granule sizing. The Yutong KZL series model 100 is a source-attributed sizing candidate; the exact food configuration and material trial remain open.

Lump breaking and granule sizing: different duties

The food examples belong to the LB series and blade-type description. A named LB-150x150 food trial has not been verified. Confirm the supplied blade or pin arrangement, sieve, speed, product-contact steel and seals, cleaning method and dust handling for the actual ingredient. Catalogue values are not an accepted food configuration or throughput.

Tumbling and marination planning

An additional planning reference for a defined food and offered configuration; inclusion does not prove recipe suitability, option delivery or accepted output.
