Process route

Sauce & seasoning process planning

Separate wet cooking, emulsion mixing and dry blending before defining a production line.

Select the recipe branch

Wet sauce processing

Plan cooking, texture and portioning for smooth or particulate wet sauces.

Salad dressing processing

Connect formulation, emulsion texture and depositing to the actual dressing recipe.

Dry seasoning processing

Build the equipment brief around powder blending, minor ingredients and discharge handling.

Agree the handover between duties

Ingredient preparation
Define whether powders, liquids and prepared inclusions arrive ready for mixing.
Mixing
State texture or blend-distribution acceptance and how it is measured.
Cooking, where required
Have qualified specialists define recipe-specific treatment and evidence.
Transfer & portioning
Agree temperature, portion basis, container handling and product losses.
Packing & release
Define the required packaging, preservation, hygiene and release responsibilities.

Machinery discovery

High-shear food mixers

Disperse ingredients and form the required texture while controlling when shear is applied.

Batch food cookers

Specify vessel cooking and blending as part of a recipe-specific sauce workflow.

Dry powder & seasoning blenders

Match the mixer and transfer route to the ingredient blend and its acceptance criteria.

Sauce depositors & portion fillers

Meter a defined sauce portion into a container or onto a food product.

Questions to settle before a quotation

  • Which supplier owns integration and the overall acceptance test?
  • How are batch and portioning rates reconciled at each transfer point?
  • What is excluded: raw-material treatment, packaging, utilities or installation?

Ask bidders to state trial material, accepted output, losses, utilities, changeover time and scope exclusions in writing. Compare the offered configuration using the same recipe and acceptance criteria.

Common questions

Is dry mixing a preservation step?

A mixing specification alone does not establish ingredient microbiological suitability. Define material acceptance and any required treatment separately.

Does cooking prove an ambient shelf life?

Equipment capability alone cannot establish shelf life. The recipe, process, package and distribution conditions require product-specific validation.
