The official range includes different sizes and executions. Select the workhead, seals, motor and connections for the offered unit. Small-scale, high-viscosity and ultra-sanitary variants have their own scope.

Specify the workhead and installation basis

The official range distinguishes a general-purpose disintegrating head, square-hole high-shear screen, slotted head and emulsor screens. Multistage assemblies can combine different inner and outer stators. Select that arrangement against the actual dispersion or emulsification duty rather than treating all workheads as interchangeable.

The source provides separate dimensional tables for Tri-Clamp and flange fittings with 60 Hz motors, and states that dimensions are approximate: certified drawings should govern installation. These details were checked on 7 October 2026. Request the offered connection, seal, motor and drawing set; cleaning-in-place design and family self-pumping maxima do not establish a tested food output or cleaning cycle.

Questions to settle before a quotation

  • Will the mixer operate in a single pass or a recirculation loop?
  • Which workhead, flow and actual viscosity support the trial result?
  • What feed arrangement, seals and cleaning interfaces are included?

Ask bidders to state trial material, accepted output, losses, utilities, changeover time and scope exclusions in writing. Compare the offered configuration using the same recipe and acceptance criteria.

Supply boundaries

Do not transfer a small-scale variant rating to the entire family. Self-pumping capacity is not accepted output for every viscosity. A rotor/stator mixing description is distinct from a high-pressure homogenizer duty; no universal mixing-time reduction, aeration result or certificate is assigned.

Common questions

Are price, stock or delivery confirmed?

Request a dated configuration-specific offer, supplying entity and service scope.

Does the equipment record prove finished-product stability?

Agree measurements and product-release evidence separately. Manufacturer scope and purchasing questions do not validate a recipe or preservation route.

Application context and process planning

The following food and process routes are already associated with this record. Use them to define the material, upstream and downstream duties, and trial requirements; a directory association is not a guarantee that every configuration can handle every application.
