Publication and rights
Send public links rather than large copied catalogues. Supply attachments only when you have an appropriate right to share them, and explain the allowed use. Do not send confidential specifications, customer lists or identity documents.
A request can be accepted, held for clarification or declined based on usefulness and source quality. No publication date or response time is guaranteed.

For a free supplier-submitted listing, the company website is shown as plain text, not as an outbound hyperlink. Internal links connect the record to relevant Food Machinery IQ categories and products. Submission does not purchase a backlink, ranking or priority placement.
We check public sources, look for an existing record and update it where appropriate. After publication, the submitter can receive the company and product page addresses. A reply is not proof of representative authorization.
