Case sealing and palletizing acceptance

Evaluate actual cases, tape, pallet patterns, line interfaces and fault handling before accepting an end-of-line system.

Trial the case closure

Use real filled cartons and the specified tape or adhesive. Compare closure alignment, tape adhesion and damage after representative handling and storage. Test the case size range and changeovers at agreed line conditions. Record case counts and exceptions rather than converting a belt speed directly into guaranteed output.

Trial the pallet load and interfaces

Agree the actual gripper and load, pallet, layer pattern and discharge method. Record accepted cases, damaged cases and interrupted cycles. Test upstream handshakes, case tracking, pallet-label association and planned responses to a blocked conveyor or an unreadable identifier. Acceptance must cover the supplied cell, including its separately specified safety functions.

Keep evidence and ownership

Record offered configuration, trial conditions, results, unresolved exceptions and responsible supplier or integrator. Confirm training, documentation, changeover settings and dispatch-load checks. No physical commissioning, stability certification, factory audit or video playback validation has been performed by this directory.

Keep the complete cell scope explicit

Case closing, stacking and load securing are separate duties. Specify conveyors, case identification, grippers, pallet supply, guards, controls and wrapping or strapping in the actual offer. A catalogue machine record does not establish a commissioned cell, food safety, legal compliance or accepted system throughput.
