Define what is being cleaned
- Identify the equipment circuit, reusable item or personnel-access duty.
- Describe representative food residue, surface, dimensions and loading.
- Assign the preparation, dismantling, wash, rinse, unloading and drying scope.
Specify the evidence
Agree the cleaning objective and acceptance evidence with the responsible site team. Separate visible soil removal from any specified disinfection, allergen or microbiological objective. A cycle log is evidence of recorded conditions; it does not by itself establish every hygiene outcome.
Questions to settle before a quotation
- Which representative objects and soil conditions will be demonstrated?
- What measurements, sampling responsibilities and records support acceptance?
- How is usable output counted with handling, interruptions and changeover included?
Ask bidders to state trial material, accepted output, losses, utilities, changeover time and scope exclusions in writing. Compare the offered configuration using the same recipe and acceptance criteria.
