Hygiene equipment interfaces

Connect cleaning circuits, utilities and dirty-to-clean movement.

Put interfaces in the quotation

  • Identify circuit supply, return, isolation and drain connections where applicable.
  • Document water, energy, chemical supply and wastewater responsibilities.
  • Define dirty-item arrival, clean-item unloading and storage movement.
  • State access for baskets, tanks, nozzles, filters and removable parts.
  • Assign controls, records, commissioning, training and consumable support.

Questions to settle before a quotation

  • Who supplies each connection and verifies the installed arrangement?
  • What documents identify the offered materials and chemical compatibility?
  • Which access and maintenance provisions remain usable after installation?

Ask bidders to state trial material, accepted output, losses, utilities, changeover time and scope exclusions in writing. Compare the offered configuration using the same recipe and acceptance criteria.
