Continuous sealing of filled bags
A continuous band sealer closes a compatible heat-sealable bag as the bag mouth passes through the sealing arrangement. Match the seal layer, bag size and filled-bag handling to the model. Horizontal and vertical equipment have different support arrangements; suction or gas-flushing capability must be specified separately.

Bring representative food and the intended bag material, size and fill weight. Agree the required seal result, leak-test method, accepted packs per hour including loading, cleaning access and changeover. Specify cold-chain and subsequent processing responsibilities separately.
