A press does not replace coagulation or turn every silken-tofu route into a pressed product. Final moisture and product acceptance must be established with project specialists.
Can published output be compared directly?
First align raw-material condition, units, finished-product criteria, cycle tasks and supply boundaries. Bean feed, soy liquid, tofu mass and extruded protein are different bases.
