Questions to settle before a quotation

  • Which plate type, section layout and selected gaskets suit this food?
  • What flow, inlet/outlet conditions and pressure drop define both circuits?
  • Which inspection, cleaning access and control interfaces are included?

Ask bidders to state trial material, accepted output, losses, utilities, changeover time and scope exclusions in writing. Compare the offered configuration using the same recipe and acceptance criteria.

Supply boundaries

Plate or gasket choice alone does not prove the installed line prevents cross-contamination. FrontLine and newer Hygienic Line portfolios remain distinct. No universal throughput, heat-recovery percentage, automatic actuation or plant certificate is assigned.

Common questions

Are price, delivery or availability confirmed?

Request a dated offer identifying the equipment, supplying entity, options and service scope.

Does source checking validate the food process?

It identifies published equipment scope. Product-specific process, packaging and release evidence remain separate responsibilities.

Sources & record scope

Official manufacturer pages checked on 4 October 2026. Product facts are attributed; route maps and buyer questions are editorial planning aids. Confirm the offered configuration with the manufacturer.

Application context and process planning

The following food and process routes are already associated with this record. Use them to define the material, upstream and downstream duties, and trial requirements; a directory association is not a guarantee that every configuration can handle every application.
