The family range concerns oil refining, not seed crushing or oil yield. The supplier lists vegetable and animal oils; agree the offered model, feed properties and actual separation task.
Interface adjustment and solids discharge
The official PX record describes an adjustable separation interface through Centrizoom and a hydraulic system releasing sludge at preset intervals. It identifies vegetable oils, lard, tallow and fish oil in the refining application scope. These manufacturer descriptions were checked on 7 October 2026.
Confirm the selected bowl, discharge sequence, receiving streams and oil-loss measurement in the actual offer. The family refining-capacity range remains separate from one model’s accepted feed rate; an interface adjustment feature does not establish recovered-oil quality or project yield.
Questions to settle before a quotation
- Which refining step, feed analysis and separated phases define the duty?
- Which model supports the accepted oil rate and separation criteria?
- What cleaning, solids discharge and transfer interfaces are included?
Ask bidders to state trial material, accepted output, losses, utilities, changeover time and scope exclusions in writing. Compare the offered configuration using the same recipe and acceptance criteria.

Do not assign every family duty to every model or configuration. A separator alone is not a complete refinery.

Edible-oil separatorsCommon questions
Is a price or available stock established?
Request a dated manufacturer offer specifying the actual configuration and support scope.
Does the published range guarantee this project output?
Confirm the exact feed, model, configuration, accepted oil and test conditions in a written trial brief.
