Map the equipment duties

Use this map to define supply boundaries and trial questions. It is a planning outline; operating conditions and preservation need product-specific validation.

Questions to settle before a quotation

  • Which incoming material and finished oil specification define the project?
  • What material balance and accepted-output basis will the trial document?
  • Who supplies utilities, waste handling, storage and packaging interfaces?

Ask bidders to state trial material, accepted output, losses, utilities, changeover time and scope exclusions in writing. Compare the offered configuration using the same recipe and acceptance criteria.

Common questions

Does this route provide process settings?

Qualified specialists must establish settings and product release requirements for the actual feed and configuration.

Are all oils covered by the same arrangement?

No. Oil origin, feed quality, refining route, stock changes and finished requirements need separate assessment. Fruit milling, solvent extraction and palm fractionation are outside this initial scope.
