Set yoghurt
The handbook describes fermentation in the final package. Specify filling, incubation and cooling together.
Stirred and drinking yoghurt
Tank fermentation precedes subsequent treatment and filling. Ask how transfer and mixing will be evaluated against the intended texture.
Concentrated yoghurt
The handbook adds a concentration duty. A fermentation vessel alone does not establish that additional scope.

Prepare the supplier brief
- Will the gel form in its package or in a tank?
- Which texture, particles and product variants must the trial cover?
- What extra concentration or fruit-addition equipment is included?
- How will the schedule account for incubation, cooling, filling and clean-down?
Agree on samples, accepted output, rejected output, downtime and changeovers separately. Ask the supplier to put inclusions, exclusions, utility demand, installation and service arrangements in writing.

Route questions
Is this a complete plant design?
No. Use this directory to prepare the brief. Qualified specialists must design and validate the site-specific process.
Are the listed units interchangeable?
No. Compare the named duty, selected configuration and supporting trial evidence rather than the equipment label alone.
