Food lump breaking and granule sizing acceptance

Source-backed equipment information, distinct process duties and practical trial questions.

Set measurable material-trial acceptance

Record ingredient and lot, moisture, incoming distribution, target fraction and a proposed fines ceiling. Leave acceptance limits blank until the project team agrees them. Measure feed, accepted material, oversize/rework and losses with units; record temperature rise, trial duration, steady and peak output, screen identity and rotor settings. Separate nominal catalogue ranges from offered configuration and actual accepted trial results.

Confirm food contact and changeovers

Request product-contact steel and seal grades, finish, access, wear checks and cleaning procedures. Agree allergen-changeover evidence and dust handling with the site team. Published GMP wording does not settle these points, and the availability of a dust-hazard option does not establish that it is included. No safe recipe, certified hygiene outcome or universal throughput is invented.

Keep linked screening limits explicit

Sizing and screening have separate acceptance duties. The linked S49-AC-600 record retains an unresolved official screening-area discrepancy: English 0.23 m2 versus Chinese 0.25 m2. Neither is selected as an agreed specification. Confirm the exact offered screen and interfaces rather than using a series extreme as the offered specification.

Supplier questions still open

For KZL series model 100, obtain a named food ingredient trial, included screen/rotor arrangement, food-contact configuration, cleaning and dust documents, and accepted distribution/rate. Yutong’s Changzhou address is a published contact location; factory-premises identity is pending. Three named procurement/buyer/supply-chain email contacts remain missing.

Official sources and record scope

Official manufacturer pages and the original model table checked on 6 October 2026. Published descriptions support identity and stated duty; they are not an independent registration, factory, food-contact or material-trial audit.

LB trial and particle-damage questions

For an offered LB-150x150 configuration, agree blade or pin identity, food-contact materials and seals, sieve and speed, cleaning/changeover evidence and dust handling. Measure incoming and outgoing particle distribution, primary-particle damage, fines, temperature rise and accepted output with units. The manufacturer’s indicative table is not a trial result. A named food trial and three distinct named procurement/buyer/supply-chain emails remain missing. Official LB food-use and indicative model reference.
