Model and catalogue scope

LB-150x150 is an exact label in the official LB model table. The manufacturer publishes the same table under Sanitary Lump Breaker and Declumper / lump crusher; these are treated as one series, not duplicate products.

Manufacturer indicative typical design — customized for the material

Official model label
LB-150x150
Indicative crushing chamber
150 × 150 mm
Indicative rotor design
Single-shaft
Indicative motor power
1.5 kW
Indicative sieve hole range
3–20 mm
Catalogue speed range
0–400 rpm; an accepted operating setting is not established
Indicative gross weight
150 kg

The catalogue also lists 50–200 kg/h without named food, moisture, lump hardness, sieve or trial conditions. It is an unverified indicative range, not a rate for line sizing. Do not transfer the larger LB models’ capacity or double-shaft arrangement to LB-150x150. Zero in the catalogue speed range does not establish a suitable operating point.

Food application and process distinction

The manufacturer describes blade-type LB equipment for powder sugar, salt, cereal and protein lumps formed during storage, transportation, drying or blending. Fixed comb blades and a horizontal rotor apply impact and shear; a sieve controls the exiting size. These are series and configuration descriptions, not a named LB-150x150 food installation. The separate pin-type examples for dried fruit, raisins and coffee beans are not transferred to this model as a damage-free guarantee.

Configuration and trial questions

The food examples belong to the LB series and blade-type description. A named LB-150x150 food trial has not been verified. Confirm the supplied blade or pin arrangement, sieve, speed, product-contact steel and seals, cleaning method and dust handling for the actual ingredient. Catalogue values are not an accepted food configuration or throughput.

SUS304 and SUS316L are published series options; neither is assigned as the supplied grade. Supplier food-grade or GMP wording is not an independent certification. Measure the outgoing distribution, fines and primary-particle damage, temperature rise and steady output with the actual ingredient. No zero-damage, hygienic outcome or universal fine-grinding capability is guaranteed.
