Questions to settle before a quotation

  • Do the two actual liquid phases separate under the proposed feed conditions?
  • What residual solids and cross-phase carryover are acceptable at each outlet?
  • Which model, materials, wear protection and service scope are offered?

Ask bidders to state trial material, accepted output, losses, utilities, changeover time and scope exclusions in writing. Compare the offered configuration using the same recipe and acceptance criteria.

Equipment trial & quotation guide

Selection boundaries

Three-phase separation is not evidence that every emulsion can be separated without preparation. Approximate family dimensions are not throughput. No ready stock, edible-product acceptance or matched-line guarantee is inferred.

Buyer guides

Separation trials & product balance

Compare feed, recovered fractions, residual solids and accepted product.

Membrane trials & selectivity

Define the membrane duty, stream composition and performance over a representative run.

Concentration utilities & interfaces

Connect feed preparation, water removal, heating, cooling and downstream use.

Common questions

Is feed rate the same as finished-product output?

Measure each outlet and its accepted composition separately. Feed volume, recovered fraction, removed water and usable finished product describe different quantities.

Can this duty establish food safety or shelf life?

Agree any required treatment and product-release evidence separately. Equipment features do not establish a validated food process.
