Plant beverage extraction

Choose the ingredient-base route before comparing a plant beverage extraction system.

Function and buying scope

Whole oats, flour, beans, nuts and purchased concentrates are different feed briefs. Request an equipment boundary diagram identifying preparation, extraction, recovered fibre and liquid-base handling. Record the acceptance material and measurements rather than assuming one plant formulation proves another.

Prepare the supplier brief

  • Does production start with whole material, flour or a supplied liquid base?
  • What ingredient changes require new modules or settings?
  • What solids recovery and residue-handling records are needed?
  • Which steps remain downstream of ingredient-base extraction?

Ask each bidder to document samples, accepted output, losses, changeovers, utilities, installation and exclusions. Use the trial and quotation guide to keep offers comparable.

Before selecting equipment

Does a listed product mean a complete line?

No. Establish boundaries for preparation, equipment, controls, cleaning, filling and distribution in a written proposal.

Does source checking certify a supplier?

No. These records identify public manufacturer information. Certification, stock, pricing and project suitability require separate evidence.

Sources & record scope
