Bag unloading and feeding acceptance

Test representative bags, residual material, cleanliness and feeding interfaces before handover.

Define the trial bags and ingredient

Use representative sack or FIBC dimensions, liners, weights and ingredient condition. Include agreed flow behaviour and stored or compacted material where relevant. Record the offered configuration, contact materials, dust arrangement and downstream receiver before comparing results.

Measure delivered material and residues

Record usable material delivered, retained material in packaging or equipment, losses and interrupted cycles. Check bag fragments, liner retention and agreed downstream screening. Measure actual accepted output over the whole trial rather than assuming a bag-handling rate or flow-aid claim defines kg/h.

Test traceability and interfaces

Confirm the incoming lot, ingredient destination and connection to recipe weighing. Evaluate receiver-ready and blocked-discharge responses, level signals, transfer interruptions and the handling of partially emptied bags. Agree which supplier supplies each control and test.

Keep cleaning and dust evidence specific

Confirm filter access, recovered-material policy, cleaning records and application-specific dust documentation. Validate the site’s actual allergen and product-change criteria separately. Record results, exceptions, drawings, manuals and acceptance ownership. This directory has not tested a physical bag, verified a dust certification or commissioned the equipment.

Settle the offered food configuration

Specify the actual ingredient, bag, product-contact materials, seals, dust handling, cleaning access and downstream controls. Confirm the supplied installation with the manufacturer and site team. A series name or stainless-steel option does not establish suitability for every food, validated allergen cleaning, dust-hazard certification or accepted recipe output.
