Choose the incoming package
Handheld sacks and FIBCs require different support, opening and discharge arrangements. Select a manual sack station for the agreed small-bag task, or a configured bulk-bag discharger for the offered FIBC. Neither selection defines a complete receiving, conveying or recipe-dosing installation.

Ingredient and food applications
Bakery and snack production may receive flour, sugar or dry premixes. Dairy processing may handle milk powders or minor dry ingredients. Meat and prepared-meal lines may receive dry seasonings and coatings. These are planning applications for ingredient handling, not a claim that the linked stations accept raw meat, liquid dairy or every finished food.
Contain packaging and preserve identity
Define bag checks, lot identification, packaging-waste collection and the response to damaged bags or unidentified material. A hopper grille is not automatically a final food sieve, a metal detector or validated foreign-body removal. Specify any such downstream equipment and its own acceptance criteria.
Settle the offered food configuration
Specify the actual ingredient, bag, product-contact materials, seals, dust handling, cleaning access and downstream controls. Confirm the supplied installation with the manufacturer and site team. A series name or stainless-steel option does not establish suitability for every food, validated allergen cleaning, dust-hazard certification or accepted recipe output.

A station grille and a specified powder sieve perform different duties. Define the exact screen location, packaging-fragment control and downstream material release.
