Define representative trial loads

Include the agreed pallet sizes, maximum offered load envelope, case strengths and relevant surface conditions. Record film or strap grade, layer pattern, pallet condition and test configuration. Keep catalogue ratings separate from measured accepted loads.

Compare secured-load results

Inspect film attachment and completion, strap placement and joints, carton deformation, edge damage and label readability. Agree how stability will be evaluated under the intended handling and storage conditions. Record the agreed criteria and responsible supplier; a visual check alone is not transport-load certification.

Trial the transfer interfaces

Evaluate pallet positioning, supported base, queues, upstream and downstream handshakes and retained pallet identity. Include planned responses to a blocked discharge, missing load and unreadable label. Acceptance must cover the offered integrated equipment and separately documented safety functions.

Measure and retain evidence

Record accepted pallets, exceptions, material use and total elapsed trial time under the stated conditions. Do not derive line output from turntable revolutions or seconds per strap. Retain drawings, training and documentation delivery, unresolved issues and acceptance ownership. No physical trial, compliance certification, factory audit or video playback validation has been performed by this directory.

Specify the supplied system

List the wrapper or strapper, film or strap, pallet conveyors, transfer devices, controls, guarding and installer responsibilities in the offer. A machine catalogue is not evidence of accepted line throughput, transport-load stability or food safety.
