Specify the loaded pallet rather than the case
Define the pallet base and fork openings, orientation, loaded weight, dimensions, height, condition and support points. Ask the integrator to identify which rollers, chains or other supports carry the actual pallet through each transfer. Catalogue values for a carton conveyor cannot establish full-pallet suitability.
What the current official evidence supports
Youngsun lists roller and chain conveyors in its general conveyor catalogue. That page includes a power-roller entry rated 50–75 kg per metre and a belt entry with a 30 kg load. Those entries are not identified as a heavy loaded-pallet model and are not used as such here. The MH-FG-2000D wrapper separately lists a powered roller conveyor as an option, without a dedicated conveyor model or load rating.

Line interfaces and accumulation
Agree entry and discharge heights, stopping positions, permitted queue lengths, blocking signals and ownership of the transfer controls. Define how pallet identity follows the load into wrapping or strapping and onward to dispatch. Have the integrator document guarding, access and fault-handling responsibilities for the complete installation.
Specify the supplied system
List the wrapper or strapper, film or strap, pallet conveyors, transfer devices, controls, guarding and installer responsibilities in the offer. A machine catalogue is not evidence of accepted line throughput, transport-load stability or food safety.
