Sealing or MAP capability does not establish cooking, preservation, gas composition or shelf life. Those require product-specific validation.
Can the published outputs be directly compared?
Align recipe, accepted output, cycle tasks and supply boundaries. Vessel litres, deposit cycles, conveyor length, sealed packs and cooling loads are different measures.
